Energy saving principle of DC frequency conversion
1、电机效率高,交流变频采用三相电机,直流变频采用直流电机,效率高过普通的单相异步电机。
1. Motor efficiency is high, AC frequency conversion adopts three-phase motor, DC frequency conversion adopts DC motor, the efficiency is higher than common single-phase asynchronous motor.
2、避免了反复启动时的瞬间强电流。
2. It avoids the instantaneous strong current when starting repeatedly.
3、由于温控比较精确,比设定温度过冷/过热的程度有所降低,所以减少了不必要的浪费。
3. Due to the accuracy of temperature control, the degree of supercooling / overheating is lower than the set temperature, so unnecessary waste is reduced.
4、在接近设定温度是压缩机低速运转,做到了小压缩机与大热交换器的理想匹配,制冷/制热效率提高。
4. When the temperature is close to the set value, the compressor runs at a low speed, achieving the ideal match between the small compressor and the large heat exchanger, and improving the refrigeration / heating efficiency.
